The enthusiasm that is obvious on the start of 4.200 m long course full of children with parents is hardly comparable with any other arce discipline. Currently children and parents make up the greater part of this field of the event, which after 10 years has found a solid place in the Marathon program. We hope that this emotive impulse will lead children and youth to a lasting interest in running. We have plenty to catch up with in the world, and we are convinced that some of the participants in the minimarathon may gradually start appearing at further, and more demanding disciplines of the Kosice Marathon. Over recent years the partner of this event has been Herbalife, which apart from their financial support also make a presentation of their products and healthy lifestyle trends.

So now for the 15th time we start off on October 3rd at 9:07 on the course in the center of Kosice. For those who are interested there have been prepared 1 700 T-shirts and starting bibs.
